Thirty days to change your mind.

You have thirty days from delivery to send the collar back, for any reason at all.

What we refund

The collar, and the unused subscription. The original shipping fee is not refunded, and return shipping is on you.

What condition

The device must be in working order. Normal wear changes nothing: a collar worn for three weeks by a dog that runs is not a damaged collar.

If the collar is faulty

That isn’t a return, it’s a warranty. Write to us and we’ll handle it. Quebec’s Consumer Protection Act applies regardless of anything our terms may say.

How to do it

Write to allo@monfilou.ca with your order number. We reply with the return address. The refund goes out as soon as the parcel reaches us, to the original payment method.
